You can't use bots in talk rooms with external users, such as LINE users. You can get the talk log between a LINE user and his LINE WORKS user using the audit log download API. Please refer to the following Document. https://developers.worksmobile.com/jp/reference/audit?lang=ja
I have one more query. If we have attachments in the chat (between Line User in Line Works), how it is sent in CSV? How about sticker? How it is sent in CSV file
For files and stamps, only the name is displayed. The csv that can be obtained is the same regardless of whether the administrator screen or API is used.
