Turning off SSO
I would like to switch off from using OAuth2 but even though the developer console page shows the option as Off after saving, logging in still goes through SSO.
Is turning off SSO supported?

You can turn off SSO through Developer Console, as you tried.
Does the problem still occur?
Could you tell us your using domain of LW?
