Authenticating with Development Client OAuth App
I have been experiencing an issue while attempting to authenticate using an account from an external domain.
Here is the scenario in detail:
- When we authenticate the application using the account of the OAuth App owner (or if the account is within the same domain), the authentication process is successful.
- However, when we attempt to authenticate using an account from an external domain, we encounter the following error:

Therefore, I would like to inquire whether the scope accessible by the Client OAuth App is public or restricted to the internal tenant. I have researched your Documentation Page but found no explanation regarding this matter.
