Oauth Login show up unknown error

Hello, I implemented this feature for login https://developers.worksmobile.com/jp/reference/authorization-auth?lang=ja
User Account認証(OAuth) - Using APIs -LINEhttps://developers.worksmobile.com/jp/reference/authorization-auth?lang=ja
and somehow when login in the first time on the new browser/incognito mode this error showed up. Its solved with reload the page. And when I saw the URL, it contain isRefreshed=true, I don't know if this is related or not. Any solution to this? The goal is login success at the first time, thank you.
