Cannot get profile picture with users/me/photo api
Hello, i want to get user profile picture using this API GET https://www.worksapis.com/v1.0/users/me/photo, and the return of the API is

}
i have provided Bearer Token on header and trying other API like POST and DELETE https://www.worksapis.com/v1.0/users/me/photo and its success, but not for GET API. user and directory scope are enabled.
is there any scope that should i enable on developer, or add some parameter when request? My reference is this document https://developers.worksmobile.com/jp/reference/user-photo-get?lang=en#
