Regarding sending messages to Clients using Message Bot API

Hi team, 
  • I am trying to send a message to my client using a message bot API, I have attached a screenshot for a reference of whom I want to send the messages to.
  • For this, I need an account id to send these messages, which I am not able to fetch using the fetch private contact during migration API.

    The Talk Bot API sends a message to LINE WORKS users in the same tenant.
    You cannot send messages to external users such as clients.
    ​​
    トーク Bot API は同じテナント内の LINE WORKS ユーザにメッセージを送信します。
    クライアントなどの外部ユーザにメッセージを送信することはできません。
